NICOLE EVANS

Nicole was born and raised Billings, where she attended First English and then
Atonement Lutheran churches throughout her childhood. Nicole was raised in a family of three daughters who now reside in Wisconsin, Helena, and Arizona, with Mom and Dad based in Great Falls.

After graduating from high school, Nicole attended the University of Montana where she earned degrees in Music Education and Oboe Performance in 2018. Nicole moved to Helena in August of 2019 to begin her teaching career with the Helena Public Schools and has enjoyed calling Helena home ever since. She went back to school in the summer of 2021, and completed a Master of Arts in Integrated Arts and Education in 2023.

Outside of her career in the school district, Nicole is also an active teacher with
Ironhorse Youth Music Consortium and performs frequently with the Helena Symphony Orchestra. In her leisure time, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting the many great businesses and outdoor attractions in the area, and relaxing with her four year old tabby cat named Posie.

The St. John’s Bell Choir will begin rehearsal for the season on Monday, September 25th at 6:00 pm. Our Interim Bell Choir Director Nicole Evans will be leading the ensemble this season.
